On June 30 at the Manhattan Center “Grand Ballroom”, New York, the WORLD CONFEDERATION OF BUSINESSES granted LABORATORIOS AC FARMA S.A. the “BIZZ AWARDS” after evaluating aspects such as leadership paths, management system, obtained results, service and/or products quality, among others, recognizing its high commitment and perseverance with the quality and development of a proper Business Management System.

The Bizz Awards is the world’s most important business recognition and is granted every year to the most outstanding companies and businessmen on their category and country of origin.

On a ceremony carried out on May 5 at Los Delfines Hotel on the occasion of the Annual Convention of Businessmen of Latin America & the Caribbean, Laboratorios AC Farma S.A. received the “Éxito Business Awards 2005” award on the category of Health, branch of Pharmaceutical Laboratories.

It should be emphasized that the Award “Éxito Business Awards 2005” is the most important recognition for Latin American & Caribbean companies that have excelled for their growth and path.

This Award counts with the backup of the most prestigious business and educational institutions, such as the Latin Business Organization, Organización Latinoamericana de Administración de México (Latin American Organization of Management of Mexico), Consejo Iberoamericano en Honor a la Calidad Educativa (Ibero-American Council in Honor to the Educational Quality) and the Centro Latinoamericano de Desarrollo de Uruguay (Latin American Center of Development of Uruguay), among others.
